Here's what Michael's Past Clients have to say:
Michael was excellent, very
knowledgeable. He went through the whole house with us, took his time and was
very open about his findings. He answered all our questions and encouraged us to
ask more. He even offered helpful tips and advise on how to maintain the quality
of our new home. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an inspector.–

Thanks for your time yesterday. We feel much more comfortable going into such a huge decision. We will recommend you to any of our friends and family. Jan 18, 2012 - Nichole Kelly, buyer
Michael
inspected my current home 7 years ago when I purchased. I was quite impressed at
his knowledge and professionalism. He explained everything in great detail, and
advised me what needed to be done and what I could wait to complete. My new
husband and I had just put an offer in on our new home recently and required the
services of an inspector. I called Michael, and he again did another excellent
job. We found Michael to be very thorough and respectful of both the buyers and
the home owners….he even puts on the little blue shoe covers.
Thank you for being so thorough. You went through the house with a fine tooth comb. I would definitely recommend you to my family and friends... Nick Nicoloff, Brampton (buyer)
Excellent service, very thorough, was well worth it even though it was
only a 4 year old house
Oct 26/11 - Ian Hilton,
Inglewood (buyer)
Very thorough inspection. I would definitely recommend you to all my
family and friends - Nov. 2/11 - Brian Grant, Brampton (buyer)
Michael Tita did an amazing job on our home inspection. We
are first time home buyer's and didn't know what to expect for the inspection
process. Michael was very informative, thorough, and answered all of our
questions. We will definitely use Michael from Lighthouse Inspections on our
next home.
John and Miranda Thanks Michael!
We have since moved in and the house has been amazing. Nov. 12/11
